In this 1.0 MCLE credit hour webinar, presenter Lucy S. McAllister, J.D. will explain how to determine the best solution for professional licensing issues related to clients with drug or alcohol issues. Attorney McAllister will discuss procedures and strategies involved with defending clients trying to obtain or retain their professional who are looking to avoid discipline, such as suspension or revocation of their license. The issues and strategies are applicable to any client who is professionally licensed including nurses (both registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses), psychotherapists, contractors, real estate agents and brokers, insurance salespersons and agents, medical doctors, psychologists, and many other types of professionals in California.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Lucy S. McAllister J.D. is an experienced, proactive and diligent license defense lawyer, representing professionals across multiple industry sectors throughout the State of California.
