Bio: President of Murphy Jones APC, a law firm dedicated to protecting professional license holders in disciplinary actions and application matters in both California and Nevada. Mr. Murphy practices with his mother, Kathleen Jones, who is an RN / JD and a Past President of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys. Kevin is active in the legal communities of both jurisdictions and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Administrative Law Section of the Nevada State Bar; Immediate Past President of the East County San Diego Bar Association; and as Secretary of the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals.
Bio: Logan Noblin is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. Mr. Noblin formerly served as a public defender with Los Angeles County as well as the Federal Defenders of San Diego.
Bio: Michael has been a Specialist Member of this elite organization since the 1990's, having handled DUI cases throughout the state, for clients that have included judges, clergy, actors, athletes, law enforcement, educators, doctors, and lawyers. He is a member of The National College Of DUI Defense, California Attorneys For Criminal Justice, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Los Angeles County Bar Association and The Criminal Courts Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th District, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Benjamin Aranda Inns of Court, having served on their Executive Committee. He has lectured on all aspects of DUI law throughout the state, has been a contributing author to California Drunk Driving Law by James Publishing, and has been lead counsel in more than 40 appellate briefs. And, he has never been a prosecutor and has never worked for the prosecution, choosing instead to defend those whom the government seeks to punish.
