Bio: Kelly Mulcahy attended McGeorge Law School and was admitted to the bar in December of 1987. She spent 35+ years as a Sacramento County Deputy District Attorney retiring in September of 2022 as a Supervising DDA. During her time as a prosecutor, she did hundreds of jury trials, 1538.5s, preliminary hearings, and other evidentiary taking hearings. After retiring and painting the entire interior of her home, she opened a private practice focused on DUI Defense. In her free time, she enjoys babysitting her 7 grandchildren, traveling internationally, working in the yard, and binging Netflix Documentaries.
She practices routinely in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.
Bio: President of Murphy Jones APC, a law firm dedicated to protecting professional license holders in disciplinary actions and application matters in both California and Nevada. Mr. Murphy practices with his mother, Kathleen Jones, who is an RN / JD and a Past President of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys. Kevin is active in the legal communities of both jurisdictions and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Administrative Law Section of the Nevada State Bar; Immediate Past President of the East County San Diego Bar Association; and as Secretary of the California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals.
