His work as a certified licensed investigator and board certified RN has brought recognition in the Federal and CA Superior courts as an expert witness in the area of registered nursing, becoming a featured guest presenter for the • CA DUI Lawyers Association • CA Association of Licensed Investigators • Loyola Law School • National College for DUI Defense He is also a contributing author on the subject of forensic phlebotomy in multiple textbooks on Drunk Driving Defense in multiple states..
