Ron has been engaged as a local, regional, and national guest speaker in the areas of medical forensics and disaster medicine. Bio: William C. “Bill” Makler has been aggressively defending people accused of DUI in California for over 25 years, having started out as a public defender in Santa Cruz and then in Santa Barbara.
