Leadership & Management Jennifer previously served as Crime Laboratory Director and Assistant Director for two of California’s largest counties (>3.3M residents). As Director, she managed 90+ staff and $24M+ budgets, notably establishing a full-service drug toxicology program from the ground up. As Assistant Director of the Forensic Chemistry Bureau, she oversaw Toxicology, Forensic Alcohol, and Clandestine Laboratory operations. Toxicology, DUI, & DUID Expertise A technical expert in postmortem and antemortem toxicology, her DUI/DUID work includes: Expert Testimony: Nearly 200 cases involving drugs, alcohol, and poly-drug use.
