Bio: Attorney Philip Hache was distinguished as a “Top Attorney,” a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and a “Super Lawyer” in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by SuperLawyers Magazine. Bio: Lance Hafenstein received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from U.C. Berkeley in 1987. He received his law degree from U.C. Hastings in 1990. He worked in the Compton and Long Beach branches of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office from 1990 to early 1997, and came to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office in 1997. After conducting well over 100 jury trials, he has handled every type of misdemeanor and felony criminal case, and brings a unique experience and insight to criminal defense. He has been the administrator of the Jefferson Law Center since 2021.
