Bio: Attorney Philip Hache was distinguished as a “Top Attorney,” a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and a “Super Lawyer” in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by SuperLawyers Magazine. He was also awarded DUI Trial Attorney of the Year in 2023 by the Private Defenders of California non-profit organization and as a "Top Attorney" by Pasadena Magazine in the years 2010 and 2014 by Pasadena Magazine Philip Hache represents clients in California state matters, including misdemeanors and felony charges as well as DMV hearings and matters. Along with having a good understanding of criminal matters, Court procedures and DMV proceedings, he has been trained in forensic toxicology which he puts to good use when handling DUI and other Drug related offenses. Additionally, Mr. Hache has been successful in filing suit against the DMV in civil court to overturn DMV issued suspensions (referred to as DMV writs). He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA where he received several first honors awards. Bio: Lance Hafenstein received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from U.C. Berkeley in 1987. He received his law degree from U.C. Hastings in 1990. He worked in the Compton and Long Beach branches of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office from 1990 to early 1997, and came to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office in 1997. After conducting well over 100 jury trials, he has handled every type of misdemeanor and felony criminal case, and brings a unique experience and insight to criminal defense. He has been the administrator of the Jefferson Law Center since 2021.
