As a criminal defense attorney, it is my duty to stand between my client and the government, when the government tries to take my client’s freedom. It is my duty to hold the government to its burden and to ensure my client’s constitutional rights are not violated. It is this sense of duty that drives me to out-work the prosecutors and be the most prepared lawyer when I appear in court for my clients.”
