This two-hour webinar will be presented on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
Join renowned DUI defense attorney Richard Middlebrook, retired HO Karyn James-Thomas, and CDLA Expert Ronald L. Moore for an in-depth masterclass on the California DMV Administrative Per Se (APS) hearing process. This comprehensive two-hour webinar will take participants inside the workings of the DMV, offering practical guidance and expert insights into every stage of the APS hearing. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the purpose, structure, and procedural nuances of these hearings, including how evidence is evaluated and how legal arguments can be most effectively presented. The cost is $195 for CDLA members and $350 for non-CDLA members.
