PRESENTER: Peter Johnson
Peter Johnson has 30 years of trial experience, has negotiated thousands of cases and has defended clients in a wide variety of jury trials. While many lawyers avoid the inside of a courtroom, as a litigator, that’s where Peter Johnson feels most comfortable. Peter Johnson graduated from St. Mary’s College and then became a graduate of Golden Gate University, School of Law, in 1992. He began practicing in Pittsburg, California in 1993 and formed a partnership with his wife Carin Johnson in 1998. The partnership later moved to Walnut Creek, California where they currently practice. He focuses his work in the areas of Criminal Defense, DUI Defense and Civil Rights. He has excelled as a trial attorney winning trials in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of California. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and currently serves on the CDLA Board of Directors. He has attended prestigious conferences throughout the country dealing with issues related to DUI defense, Criminal Defense and Civil Rights.
